As soon as he graduated from engineering school, Chérif launched his first startup Pickn.
“Entrepreneurship right out of school is a great way to learn, but it’s not necessarily the best way to build a successful business,” he says of his experience.
The mistakes he made on his first project gave him a great interest in innovation theories, and more specifically in startup methodologies.
After 5 years working in innovation consulting for various industries automotive, space, pharmaceutical, banking, cosmetics, etc.) as well as for various Chérif is relaunching his entrepreneurial career by creating Selfcity in 2019.

Majd has more than 15 years seniority in aerospace within international companies (Airbus, Bombardier, Safran, Stelia Aerospace) and seized perfectly its ecosystem. His skills combine not only technical aspects ( Electrical, Mechanical & Structural design and stress) but also a strong Process, Methods and Tools dimension to manage Aircraft program lifecycle development and management. During his career, he worked on different programs such as A350, A380, A320 Neo, Cseries / A220, Global 7000/8000.
Emmanuel Strub
Automotive Industry
Emmanuel, with more than 20 years within PSA group / Stellantis, has a strong expertise in R&D, Quality and PMT activities. From mechatronics system design to process improvement and customization to support system engineering deployment, up to the setup of the data strategy for engineering activities. Before joining Menaps, he created at Stellantis the Data and Connected Cars R&D business unit.
Damien Bigot

After an Artificial Intelligence thesis, in partnership with Renault and IBM, Damien co-founded Coovia, a start-up specialized in commuting to work. After that he joins a consulting company as key account innovation manager for : Airbus and Renault. In 2021, Damien joins linkeys a young swiss start-up in order to help them to scale their concept.
